Description Assistant Store Manager
Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of 25+ full and part-time Associates.
  • Ensure the proper processing and display of merchandise.
  • Oversee and monitor loss prevention programs.
  • Manage the daily activity of the sales floor.
  • Drive sales forward.
  • Assistant Store Managers are promoted from within to become Store Managers.
  • Four years' of supervisory experience, supervising a minimum of 25 people, in an environment with at least $5 million in annual sales.
