ORACLE EBS SYSTEMS BUSINESS ANALYST MANAGER - ORACLE HR AND PAYROLL



  • The Oracle EBS Systems Business Analyst Manager will be part of the Business Services team within the Oracle HR, Benefits and Payroll systems teams supporting Oracle’s E-Business Suite.
  • Supervises, develops and evaluates the performance of a team of Business Systems Analysts. Directs the day to day activities of the Business Systems Analysts including the building of system configuration, solution design and testing activities.
  • Acts as the primary business services liaison to the users and provides long term guidance and support to the TJX HR and Payroll business partners.
  • Responsible for the outcome of assigned support activities and coordinates support and system maintenance activities adhering to all Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
  • Review business requirements and oversee the design of test plans.
  • Monitors, tracks and reports status to ensure that activities and deliverables are completed on time and within approved budget.
  • Analyzes business and or/system processes to identify opportunities for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of prior business systems analysis experiences and 5+ years of staff management experience. Proven ability to manage and develop team of Business Systems Analysts.
  • 5 + years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience with a strong background in Oracle HR/Payroll.
  • Prior Payroll experience a must.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be able to adapt to changing business needs. Strong follow up skills and problem solving ability a must.
  • Must have strong analytical and interpersonal skills, as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and presentation skills required.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and proven ability to build partnerships with internal and external partners. Must be able to work well with cross functional teams and be able to work effectively with all levels within an organization.
  • Prior experience with Prince2 is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle.
  • Prior experience as Consulting Practice Manager or Implementation/Support Manager a plus.
