We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team!
Description District Loss Prevention Manager - NJ/NY market

  • Oversee protection of all company assets through sound physical security program.
  • Manage a team of 8-15 Loss Prevention Associates
  • Develop staffing plan, recruit, interview, and hire Loss Prevention Staff.
  • Conduct and resolve theft investigations; identify and resolve shrink control deficiencies.
  • Partner with district store management to identify shrink priorities and develop shrink reduction strategies.
  • Oversee and deliver all Loss Prevention Training and Orientations; provide developmental training.
  • Support company values; Customer Service, Open Door, Diversity, Safety, and Legal Relations.

  • 3-5 years management experience as a District or Regional Loss Prevention Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Criminal Justice a plus, but not required
  • Strong hands on supervisory skills; the ability to motivate and empower your team
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Knowledge of retail operations
  • Strong investigation and interviewing skills
