Description We currently have the following position available in our California Buying office located in Los Angeles, CA:

Administrative Assistant


  • Provides diversified administrative support to the V.P., General Merchandise Manager and his teams
  • Maintains very busy calendars, books travel arrangements, schedules and makes arrangements for meetings and conferences
  • Answers very busy multiple phone lines and provides excellent customer service to internal and external contacts
  • Prepares reports as necessary and composes letters and memos
  • May provide back-up assistance in other areas as needed
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and remain focused in a very fast-paced environment
  • Excellent follow-through skills and Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • 2-4 years proven administrative experience at the corporate level
