Description

We currently have the following hourly opportunity available: Backroom Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Ensures merchandise flow functions are completed within area of responsibility.
  • Works closely with a team of Associates to ensure backroom standards ar being met.
  • Sets example and ensures associates provide prompt, courteous and knowledgeable customer service.
  • Trains, oversees and provides feedback to Associates.
  • Works with Store Management to assess needs and provide recognition to Associates.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrative success in training others.
  • Solid problem solving and decision making skills.
  • The ability to take initiative.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, energetic and flexible.
  • A minimum of six months leadership experience required.
