Description

Architectural and Engineering Project Manager



  • Maintain the integrity of the Prototypical Drawings and Specifications for TJ Maxx, Marshalls and HomeGoods chains
  • Review and coordinate the architectural and engineering drawings submitted by developers, architects and contractors to ensure compliance with the Company's criteria documents
  • Manage outside consultants to perform both on-site surveys and review A & E construction documents submitted for approval
  • Involvement with Special Projects both internally and in coordination with outside consultants
    		•
  • Candidates will be required to have a STRONG working knowledge of Autocad, and will be tested
  • In addition, we will require STRONG experience with reviewing and evaluating MEP construction documents with an emphasis on electronically engineered drawings and specifications
  • Working knowledge of Retail Construction and Store Planning is a must
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
