Front End Control Officer


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for heightening store Loss Prevention awareness by attending and particiapting in store meetings.
  • Moniter the store's Front End. Report any issues to Loss Prevention or Management.
  • Provide a visual deterrent to shrink.
  • Assist store management with the identification and resolution of shrink exposure.
  • Make recommendations for ways to prevent losses in the stores
  • Improve shrink awareness
  • Take an active role in identifying all forms of loss, motivating shortage control involvement and helping to identify creative shortage control solutions.
    		•
  • A strong desire for a career in Retail Loss Prevention.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Previous security experience, retail experience or a Criminal Justice background is a plus.
