Description Service Desk Facilitator (Contract)
(contract end dates may vary)

Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 3p-11p

This is not a position to supervise individuals within a department, but processes. The main job function will be facilitating outages and will be responsible for follow-up tasks. Technical abilities are required as there are 2nd level Call Center support duties included. Must be extremely flexible

- Identify and escalate priority issues within the Call Center.
- Process orders, forms and applications
- Deliver superior customer service and support to Information Center PC customers by providing them with a single point of contact to report hardware and software problems or to make inquiries.
- Develop, coordinate and manage the relationship between the customer and the Information Center.
- Analyze and resolve problems encountered in the use of PC hardware, peripherals, the IC standard suite of software applications, network related applications, custom developed applications, operating systems and network operating environments (Windows XP, Lotus Notes 5.X and 6.X).
- Level 2 Call Center Support
- Technical call center experience
- Process oriented
- Great communication skills
- Strong Customer Service Skills a Must.
- History of Resolving issues, troubleshooting, helpdesk
- Remote Connection experience
- Remote desktop experience
- Service Manager experience preferred and knowledge of SOX preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Detailed knowledge of basic hardware and software support technologies (MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes mail, Windows XP operating system support and administration).
- Retail experience highly preferred, not required.
